Your role as an Occupational Therapist entails assessing and addressing various health care needs through personalized interventions. Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to set and achieve rehabilitation goals, ensuring high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients’ functional and rehabilitative needs
• Develop, implement, and evaluate client care plans
• Educate clients and families on independent living practices
• Coordinate with multiple health service providers
• Monitor care standards and facilitate education for staff
