The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Reliability Lead to join our Glencore Sudbury Integrated Nickel Operations . This is a full-time, permanent, staff position. Range of Pay: $157,000 to $175,000 plus annual variable compensation bonus. This position is being posted to fill an existing vacancy. Work location is not accessible by public transportation.

Duties and Accountabilities

Reporting to the Director of Strathcona Mill, the Reliability Lead is accountable for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of all assets at the Mill. The role provides leadership in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of reliability strategies and programs aimed at improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, increasing throughput and optimizing asset management processes.
