POSITION SUMMARY:

Reports to the Operations Support Services Sr. Director – leads the company's reliability strategy, programs, processes, tools and technical resources to maximize the safe, compliant, and cost-effective performance of our gathering, compression and plant assets. Through leadership of Reliability Engineers, Analysts, and Rotating Equipment Specialists, the role drives the collection and analysis of equipment and operational data, converts insights into actionable improvement opportunities, and works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Technical Services, and Capital Project organizations to influence the execution of sustainable reliability solutions.
