Job Title: Reliability Engineer
Location: Long Beach, California
Type: Direct Hire
Responsibilities
+ Lead the development, design and installation of predictive maintenance programs and technology applications to identify dominant deterioration and failure modes, causes/effects of deterioration, and corrective actions required to eliminate defects.
+ Analyze maintenance data to identify trends in equipment performance that adversely affect Safety, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, or costs to establish a list of “Bad Actors” that will become the primary focus of driving improved reliability.
+ Drive the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as Asset Utilization, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), On-Stream Time (OST), and benchmark performance against best-in-class, track progress, and measure improvements.
