The Release Train Engineer is the servant leader and primary coach for the Agile Release Train, accountable for enabling effective delivery across the OM GRiD delivery area. The role coordinates delivery events and processes, supports PI execution, manages delivery risks and dependencies, communicates PI health to stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement across teams. The RTE plays a key role in enabling flow, alignment, delivery predictability, and execution of the digital roadmap across the portfolio.
