Relationship Officer

Overview

We are currently hiring Banking Sales Officers for leading banks in the UAE for Credit Card and Personal Loan sales. The ideal candidate should have prior banking sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Credit Card and Personal Loan products to individual customers
• Generate new leads through field sales, referrals, cold calling, and direct marketing activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Explain banking products, features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers clearly
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets and productivity goals
