Our client U Microfinance Bank is looking for a Relationship Manager in Shorkot, Tobatek Singh, Ahmadpur East.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve allocated asset targets.
• Maintain RO wise productivity benchmark.
• Ensure sales of other products (Banca, Upaisa, etc.).
• Manage portfolio effectively.
• Maintain high portfolio quality and diversity (secured-Unsecured, EMI-Bullet, etc.).
• Monitor compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensure RO monitoring and development.
• Evaluate RO performance.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
