Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, onboard new clients (HNI, family offices, institutional)
- Pitch and close investment solutions across equity, derivatives, PMS, fixed income, AIFs, global equities, unlisted & private deals
- Understand client goals, risk appetite, financial situation; structure tailored portfolios and advice
- Cross-sell and deepen wallet share of existing clients
- Monitor portfolios, provide periodic reviews, performance reporting, rebalancing suggestions
- Stay updated on market trends, macro / micro developments, regulatory changes; share insights with clients
- Coordinate with research, operations, legal / compliance teams to ensure seamless execution
- Hit revenue / AUM targets, track and report pipeline, client metrics, conversions
- Maintain high levels of client service, retention, and satisfaction; handle escalations
