Responsible for managing and expanding relationships with Japanese-speaking clients within the bank’s portfolio. The role focuses on business acquisition, portfolio growth, and delivering tailored financial solutions, while ensuring excellent service delivery and alignment with overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Identify and develop business opportunities within the Japanese-speaking customer segment
• Build market insights related to Japanese business communities, industry trends, and cross-border opportunities (Japan–Indonesia corridor)
• Develop relationship strategies to expand portfolio and increase wallet share

Business Development & Portfolio Management

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Japanese-speaking clients by providing comprehensive banking solutions
