Strategy & Planning
- Identify and develop business opportunities within the Japanese-speaking customer segment
- Build market insights related to Japanese business communities, industry trends, and cross-border opportunities (Japan–Indonesia corridor)
- Develop relationship strategies to expand portfolio and increase wallet share
Business Development & Portfolio Management
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Japanese-speaking clients by providing comprehensive banking solutions
