Join us as a Relationship Director in our Corporate Retail Coverage team, where you will lead on managing a portfolio of high‑value clients while driving strategic new business development. Operating at a senior level, you will work alongside Corporate Directors and senior stakeholders to originate and negotiate complex opportunities, deliver sophisticated financial solutions, and deepen key client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and negotiate strategic, high‑impact deals to drive significant revenue growth.
• Manage client relationships to identify financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance; support analysis of client data and identify trends, insights and opportunities.
• Research industry trends, regulatory landscape and competitive environment to inform strategic recommendations.
• Design customised solutions that address client needs and objectives, incorporating a range of bank products.
