Reintegration Mentor

The successful incumbent will assist Management in ensuring the smooth running of the daily operations at Selarang Halfway House (SHWH) or Cosford Annex (CA) and is responsible for the safety and welfare of the residents and the overall security of the Halfway House premises. They will work closely with the Halfway House Case Managers to aid residents with their reintegration back to society.

1. Oversee security screening to ensure contrabands are not brought into the house.

2. Facilitate the daily operational routine of SHWH or CA:

a) Ensure the day-to-day needs of the residents and operational requirements of the halfway house are being met.

b) Facilitate the process of residents checking in and out of the halfway house on a daily basis and provide daily updates on the headcount and other activities/incidents (if any) throughout the tour of duty. Any unusual movements should be highlighted and reported to th...
