Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law regarding advertising and FDA/FTC compliance
- Support the Regulatory Attorney in reviewing marketing materials and promotional campaigns
- Assist in developing compliance policies, procedures, and training programs
- Monitor changes in laws and industry trends and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Draft legal memoranda, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain corporate records, entity databases, and governance documents
- Assist with ad-hoc research and project-based work
Requirements
- Current Law Student
- College degree required
- Proficiency in statutory interpretation
- Basic understanding of contract structure and corporate governance
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, and AI technology
