Regulatory Compliance Lead — Non-Financial & Loyalty

Revolut is seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager for Non-Financial Services & Loyalty to oversee regulatory frameworks powering our lifestyle ecosystem, including Shops, Stays and RevPoints.

You will provide 1LoD oversight, design and implement robust policies from scratch, map regulatory obligations across jurisdictions, analyze customer complaints to identify trends, and lead training to uplift the company-wide compliance program.
