Summary The Bureau of Safety & Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) works to promote safety, protect the environment, and conserve resources offshore through vigorous regulatory oversight and enforcement. For information about our bureau go to: http://www.bsee.gov/ Responsibilities This position is located within the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement, Office of Offshore Regulatory Programs, Regulations and Standards Branch, Sterling, Virginia. At the full performance level (GS-14) the major duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Ensures that all information collection activities adhere to the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995; The Administrative Procedure Act (5 U.S.C. 551-553); and other applicable legislation and OMB directives.
