Regulatory Advisor

Alpinum Solutions is the leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein, specializing in Interim Legal & Compliance workforce solutions for complex mandates. For our client, a private bank, we are looking for a Regulatory Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess regulatory developments (e.g., FINMA circulars) and translate them into internal policies and procedures
• Act as the main contact for FINMA and coordinate regulatory inquiries, reports, and onsite inspections
• Advise Legal, Compliance, and business teams on Swiss and cross-border regulations (e.g., FIDLEG, CRD VI)
• Analyze and resolve regulatory and supervisory matters affecting the bank.
• Support the implementation of regulatory requirements and maintain the internal policy framework
