Responsibilities

• RPNs are responsible for providing planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care in accordance with the provincial standards of care.
• RPNs are an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team who build trusted relationships with residents, families, and team members through continuous ongoing and effective communication.
• RPNs implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make changes as required.
• RPNs complete and ensure residents’ clinical care assessments, care plans, and documentation are accurate, up to date, and communicate changes as required.
