This role provides high-quality pharmacy support and customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, processing prescriptions, coordinating deliveries, and supporting pharmacological services in a fast-paced clinic pharmacy. The Registered Pharmacy Technician responds to a wide range of patient and provider inquiries, assists with insurance and prior authorization processes, and ensures accurate and timely prescription fulfillment while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA privacy and security regulations.
Responsibilities
+ Respond to inbound and outbound calls from patients, caregivers, referral sources, and other healthcare providers while delivering a high level of customer service.
