UNIT DESCRIPTION
- Critical Access
- 15-Bed Medical Surgical + 6-Bed Observation
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
- Full Time Nights (7:00pm-7:30am)
- 12-hour shifts
- Every third weekend rotation
- Average Ratio 5:1
- Average Patient Census - Less than 18
