Registered Nurse RN| Full Time

Benchmark's South Bend office is seeking a part time Registered Nurse (RN) Healthcare Coordinator to provide healthcare coordination and direct intervention, as needed, for designated individuals in the Supported Living department. Benchmark's Supported Living program assists adults with daily activity skills to gain independence in small personal home settings. Our diverse and dynamic programs can't operate efficiently without the strength and heart of our nurses! The Nurse will also provide training for unlicensed staff to meet the healthcare needs of individuals served and contribute to the clinical oversight of program LPN, as applicable.
