**Full-Time Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse (RN )- After-Hours Care** **in the Capital Region and** **Saratoga county area** - **Evenings/Overnights**
The Community Hospice is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our After-Hours Hospice Care Team. In this rewarding role, you will provide critical nursing care and support to hospice patients and families in their homes and nursing facilities throughout the Capital Region and Saratoga area during evening and overnight hours.
**Schedule - Full-time evening or overnight shifts. Every other weekend commitment required.**
