Registered Nurse (RN) Cardiovascular Stepdown

Inova Fairfax is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiovascular Stepdown team. On our 24-bed intermediate care unit, our team delivers specialized, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment, supporting patients through recovery following complex cardiac and vascular surgeries. This role will be full-time day + night rotations (days vary); ./. – 7:00 ./.; no on-call; weekend (4 shifts per 6 weeks) and holiday rotations. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for eligible nurses.
