Registered Nurse Resuscitation Education and Simulation Training Coordinator

Summary The Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) and Simulation Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing the nursing process when providing and/or supervising staff education. The role demands a fundamental understanding of adult learning principles and the capacity to adapt or change learning strategies based on assessed needs. The coordinator will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate educational needs to facilitate learner development and skill training of clinical staff. Responsibilities The RQI and Simulation Training Coordinator will lead with creativity and experience in managing complex situations. They will deliver expert, evidence-based education to clinical and outpatient staff, develop, promote, and deliver professional simulation education, and coordinate training in accordance with the SimLEARN Certification Program.
