About us
Serene Resolutions is a Florida-based mobile geriatric-psychiatry practice. Our providers travel to assisted-living and senior-care facilities; our remote team keeps every visit's follow-through moving. We're ~30 people and growing.
The role
You're the clinical bridge between our providers and everything that happens after the visit. Working from the provider's written orders and next-visit directions, you convert their decisions into our order-tracking system exactly as written, coordinate medication and lab order follow-through, call patients, families, and POAs with medication-change education, obtain and document consents for initial and telehealth visits, and coordinate communication with facilities.
