Job Summary:
Registered Nurse for an adult inpatient oncology/hematology unit providing direct patient care for acute care and intermediate care (including stem cell transplant support). This role emphasizes safe chemotherapy-related nursing practices, timely documentation in Epic, and adherence to unit and float policies.
Responsibilities:

• Provide bedside nursing care for oncology patients across acuity levels, including intermediate care support.
• Administer and monitor chemotherapy/immunotherapy per established protocols and nursing standards.
• Assess patients, manage symptoms, and recognize changes in condition requiring escalation.
• Deliver patient and family education related to treatment, safety, and recovery.
• Document care and clinical updates accurately in Epic and maintain clear communication with the care team.
