Job Summary:
SEASONAL - CONTRACT - RN - L3-L4 NICU (675) - 13 WEEKS - 7:00P-7:00APosition is a registered nursing role providing high-acuity care in a Level 3-4 NICU environment. You will manage neonatal patients with a typical ratio of 3-4 patients per RN, delivering safe, family-centered care throughout assigned shifts.
Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive NICU nursing care for critically ill neonates, including continuous monitoring and assessment.
• Administer medications and therapies using infusion systems and NICU technology, following established protocols.
• Manage ventilatory support and supportive care as ordered, escalating concerns promptly to the care team.
• Maintain accurate charting in EMR (CPN/Meditech) and document clinical changes, interventions, and outcomes.
