Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret lab reports, clinical documents, and medical records
Maintain high-quality clinical notes as per physician preferences and documentation standards
Perform clinical data abstraction, validation, and interpretation from multiple healthcare systems
Identify drug interactions, abnormal findings, and adverse effects to support optimal patient care
Coordinate with patients regarding health concerns, appointments, and follow-ups
