The RN is responsible for independent peri-anesthetic management of a complex, varied surgical and procedural population. Under supervision, the incumbent will care for pre and post-op patients; perform professional nursing duties in the care and services to patients and their families at the Riverside University Health System-Medical Center (RUHS-MC), Community Health Clinics (CHC) or other RUHS locations as assigned, assist physicians and carry out their orders, coordinate a continuum of care for a selected group of patients from pre-admission through post-discharge, and other related duties as required.

The most competitive candidates will possess at least one (1) year of critical care nursing experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Emergency Department (ED) setting. Bilingual skills in Spanish are preferred.
