Job Summary:
Provide specialized intensive care nursing to critically ill patients in a hospital setting. Ensure high-quality patient care, monitor vital signs, and manage complex medical conditions with precision and compassion.
Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in status.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress in electronic medical records.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding care plans and post-discharge instructions.
