As a registered nurse in the Bethesda North Critical Care Float Pool, you’ll bring advanced clinical skill, adaptability, and confidence to some of the hospital’s most demanding environments. You'll move between multiple in patient units — Medical Surgical ICU, Cradio Vascular ICU, Telemetry & Medical Surgical — providing expert care to high‑acuity patients and supporting teams during peak needs. This role is fast‑paced, collaborative, and deeply impactful, giving you the chance to broaden your critical care expertise while making a meaningful difference.
