Location: Extendicare Fort Macleod Home, Fort Macleod, Alberta.
Availability: Part-Time/Casual; Day/Evening/Night shifts.

What you’ll be doing

• Liaise with the interdisciplinary team and care providers to develop, implement, review and evaluate resident complex care plans, including education and support.
• Provide leadership to nursing and personal care staff by planning, directing, supervising and evaluating their work.
