This is an exciting opportunity to provide quality patient care at the Willow Creek Continuing Care Centre (Long Term Care setting). Come and join the passionate and diverse team at the Willow Creek in Claresholm, Alberta. Nestled in the Porcupine Hills, Claresholm is close to many outdoor activities including camping, hiking, and fishing. Under the management of the Patient Care Manager, the Registered Nurse (RN) works as a leader of the health care team (charge nurse), collaborating on the delivery of care to meet the needs of patients/clients. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care of patients/clients and works in consultation with Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and members of the interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of more complex patients/clients.
