Overview

The Bassano Health Centre is an acute and continuing care facility with 4 acute care and 8 continuing care beds. Core programs include 24‑hour emergency, medicine, ambulatory care services, primary care clinic services, and community health. Bassano is located on the Trans‑Canada Highway approximately 140 km east of Calgary and 160 km northwest of Medicine Hat in Alberta, Canada.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse on the CoAct team, you will assess, design, and implement continuing care services for a caseload of clients residing in the setting. You will play a key role in resident care planning, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families to enable residents to achieve their goals and enhance quality of life.
