Registered Nurse at Oceania, based at Eden Village, will practice at full scope in a nurse‑led service for a 12‑month fixed‑term parental leave contract. Your clinical expertise will support comprehensive care for residents, coordinate daily care needs, and build strong relationships with residents and families.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating the daily care needs of residents while inspiring and supporting others
- Providing comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions, independently and collaboratively
- Making critical decisions regarding resident care and demonstrating autonomy
- Building connections and relationships with residents, families and allied health professionals in the community
- Providing leadership and guidance to care staff and team members
