You will coordinate nursing services and document significant changes, maintaining adherence to established standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers
• Collaborate with health care team members for optimal resident care
• Maintain accurate records of residents’ conditions
• Implement physician orders promptly and efficiently
• Administer medications and provide first aid when necessary
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
