Job overview

You will work independently, carrying out patient care in collaboration with the registered nursing staff ensuring the smooth running of the unit. You will be expected to support, supervise and develop further the role of the Health Care Assistant within the clinical area. 

There is an active in service training program and continued professional development is viewed as integral to providing quality patient care.

The post holder will be required to work flexible shift work. 

An opportunity has arisen for a Band Assistant Practitioner/ Registered Nurse Associate to join our team within the Trauma Unit. The post holder must have an Associate Nurse/Assistant Practitioner Foundation Degree.
