Position: Homecare Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Processes & Standards: Ensure all clinical processes, policies, and standards of care are followed, working collaboratively with nursing, rehabilitation, and other disciplines to ensure patient safety as prescribed by JCIA .
• Direct Patient Care: Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, following hospital and unit-specific policies, procedures, and standards.
• Prioritize Care: Establish priorities for care, nursing actions, and desired outcomes in clinical care for all patients.
• Adhere to Homecare Policies: Work within the policy framework of homecare to deliver the mission, vision, and core values of the organization.
