Registered Mental Health Nurse

Starrycare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to provide high-quality mental health care to service users across our client sites. The RMN will work closely with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care in line with professional standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, person-centred mental health nursing care. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor service users' mental and physical wellbeing and respond to changes. Maintain accurate clinical records in line with clinical governance standards.
