What is required from you?

• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
• Management qualification at QCF level 4 or equivalent or a willingness to work towards this qualification
• QCF level 4 or higher in Health & Social Care or equivalent
• Previous registration in a residential service preferable
• Experience within the Learning Disability sector.
• Demonstrable up to date knowledge of the care sector including the running of supported living homes and regulatory framework
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Experience of working with vulnerable client groups
• Must be available 42 hours per week.
