Registered Dietitian (RD) – Maternity Leave Coverage

Employment terms: 6 months contract, part‑time, 0.6 FTE (21 hours per week; evening and weekend hours may be expected).

Salary range: $38.88–$45.96 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay and optional HOOPP pension plan.

Start date: ASAP. End date: January 29, 2027.

Reporting to: Manager, Chronic Disease and Mental Health or Delegate.

Locations: Flemingdon Health Centre – 10 Gateway Blvd; Fairview Health Centre – 5 Fairview Mall Drive.
