Registered Dietitian – Permanent Full-Time

Permanent Full-Time 1.0 FTE (37.5 hours/week)

Salary Range: $42.00 per hour to $53.44 per hour

Reporting to the Program Manager or designate, the Registered Dietitian provides patient centered nutrition care as part of an interdisciplinary primary care team. Working to full scope of practice, the Registered Dietitian assesses, develops, implements, and evaluates evidence-based nutrition care plans, with a focus on chronic disease prevention and management. The RD also serves as a nutrition resource for patients, physicians, and the broader health care team to support high-quality health outcomes.
