This full-time position offers an exciting chance for a Registered Dietitian to contribute to the well-being of residents at Southbridge Cornwall. You will be responsible for nutritional assessments using RAI MDS 2.0, care planning, and implementation of individualized diets. Participate in an interdisciplinary team to enhance food and nutrition programs across our community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct nutritional assessments for each resident
• Develop and evaluate personalized nutritional care plans
• Collaborate with Food Service Manager on nutrition needs
• Review and approve seasonal menus for quality
