**Job Description:**
The Pediatric Registered Behavior Technician – EIBI, under the direction and supervision of the treatment team, provides direct therapeutic contact to patients through the implementation of behavior implementation plans and skill building curriculum designed to support individuals with developmental disabilities.

**Job Profile:**
+ **Applied Behavior Analysis skills.** Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Conduct direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients to teach and reinforce appropriate behaviors.
