Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The Registered/Certified Behavior Technician works to implement behavioral intervention plans and facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives. The Registered/Certified Behavior Technician can support implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapeutic services designed by a supervisor such as a BCBA.

**Requirements:**

+ Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification **OR** Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license
+ One year relevant experience preferred
+ Two-year Degree from an accredited institution **OR** 48+ College Credits **OR** ParaPro Assessment with a score of 459 or higher
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
