Regional VP of Commercial Strategy & Growth CALA

Hotel Equities is seeking a VP of Commercial Strategy, Caribbean & Latin America, to lead the region's commercial execution from a remote base in Mexico or the Dominican Republic. You will drive topline growth, align sales, marketing and distribution, and partner with ownership and operations to achieve strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hospitality leadership, multi-property experience, and fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to travel regionally as needed.
