Responsibilities
- Build, hire, and lead a high-performing team of healthcare Account Executives
- Own forecasting, pipeline health, and quota attainment across the region
- Set and execute go-to-market strategy for health systems, payers, and health-tech companies
- Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across Engineering, Product, Security, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders
- Build executive relationships at the CIO/CISO/CMIO level
- Establish ROI frameworks tied to developer productivity and AI adoption
- Navigate HIPAA and other healthcare compliance requirements and procurement processes
- Partner with Field Engineering and AI Deployment teams to ensure successful production deployment
Requirements
- 8+ years of healthcare or enterprise technology sales experience
- 3+ years leading and scaling a quota-carrying sales team
