Regional Universal Banking Leader

Standard Bank Group is seeking an experienced Universal Banking Team Leader to guide a team of Universal Bankers across the Overberg Local Market, including Hermanus and nearby towns. The role emphasizes sales, service, client experience, operational discipline, risk management and people leadership.

The candidate will travel frequently within the Local Market, engage client initiatives, and build a high-performing, client-focused team in alignment with Local Market priorities.
