As one of the key players in APAC Total Rewards team, the Rewards Manager is responsible for delivering high quality Total Rewards solutions and professional compensation and benefits consultation to our HRBPs and business management to support achieving business goals

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and HR management, deliver Total Rewards solutions to support business objectives
  • Lead the sales and local incentive review process by providing advisory support and conducting effectiveness studies
  • Ensure job architecture and evaluation processes comply with company policies and principles
  • Manage the off-cycle compensation review process to ensure effective spending.Develop and deliver Total Rewards solutions that support business growth and enhance the employee value proposition
