Regional Talent Management Lead

MR DIY International is seeking an Assistant Manager, Talent Management to drive end-to-end talent initiatives across its regional markets. You will partner with business leaders and country HR counterparts to embed a strong performance and development culture that builds organisational capability.

You will design talent reviews, succession pipelines, and IDPs, while coordinating development programmes, analytics, and cross-functional assignments to accelerate leadership readiness.
