Fractory is changing the way manufacturing works, and we’re building out the Partner Network team that makes it all run on the supply side. We need a Sourcing Manager who can talk engineering with the best of them and negotiate like it’s their second language.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands how parts are made, who builds real commercial relationships with manufacturing partners, and who can look at a drawing and instinctively know which partner should run the job.
