Regional Security Manager - Granadero Baigorria

Major Purpose

As a Regional Security Manager for John Deere located in Rosario, Argentina, you will be dedicated to security functions, including investigations, oversight of additional security professionals, asset protection and asset recovery, many in but not limited to Argentina. Responsibilities will also include managing, developing, and consulting on new security programs.

Major Duties

• Supervises and directs John Deere Worldwide regional security operations in handling major security issues such as bomb threats, labor disputes, criminal and ethical violations, workplace violence situations, kidnappings, crisis management situations, site investigations, and regional executive protection.
• Provides professional expertise in investigating major/complex security breaches often resulting in substantial business losses and/or major threats to enterprise assets, employees, visitors, or the reputation of the company.
